[via PDK] Question: Anything new on rates… MarkZ: I havn’t heard anything new on dong rates. 2 weeks ago I had a great contact tell me I have been off on rates …too low. Some believe the rate could be up to $7.90 on the dinar and maybe $5 on dong. I hope that is accurate.
