[via PDK] …the first reading of the 2023 budget is expected on the 9th. I am also told the HCL (hydrocarbon law) will be presented on the 9th. It does not mean we will be waiting for that. The CBI has made it very clear they do not have to wait for the government …and they can change the rate whenever they are prepared to.
