[via PDK] …The US seems to be pushing for a lower rate and not the rate Iraq needs. There is a lot of push-back coming from Iraq. Iraq no longer wants to be a proxy of the US anymore and are positioning themselves not to be. Article: “Prime Ministers visit to Washington is not on the table now” They have stalled their visit to DC. It could be because they intend to RV alone and kick the US to the curb?
