[via PDK] Let’s look at the meetings over the last couple of weeks…France, Germany, the UK, Turkey, China, with the new Iraqi administration. Why would they be going that many places, consulting with so many countries…if all they were doing was changing the rate a couple measly percents on a next to nothing rate? There has to be something more to all of this.
