[via PDK] …The dinar has been so broken for so long that many of the day to day transactions are done with the US dollars or other currencies. They are doing what is necessary to de-dollarize and get more dinar in the hands of the people. They are telling the people their currency will soon be on par with other nations in the region. These other countries have the most valuable currencies in the world. Some over the $2 range. This tells us what their target is.
