via PDK] Member question: Has the third reading of Iraq’s budget happened yet? MarkZ Answer: From folks over there they are telling me “yes” and they have just not announced it has been approved…yet. There is very purposeful “smoke” coming out of Iraq right now. Member question: …what are your thoughts about the rumor it will take 3 more weeks or so? …we are seeing a lot of different things being thrown out there right now. They need to cloud the timing on purpose. There are so many indicators showing its “right now” so they are throwing the smoke out there. Don’t let it drive you nuts.
