[via PDK] “Port rehabilitation in Basra is complete- From Iraq’s Transport ministry” Funded by funds coming out of Japan. This was a massive upgrade to the port there. Guys- they don’t need ports like that in a third world nation. But they do need ports like that in nations that are moving products, consuming products….
