[via PDK] I am now hearing they want to let this thing rip on the 30th-31st on the street level and that we will see a lot happening over the weekend-including Iraq’s budget. They expect to pass it –rubber stamp it this Saturday allowing them to move forward with rate changes…I think this month is very much still in play.
