[via PDK] On just the RV front we have arrests going on in Iraq and from the tier 3 front I have received a number of emails today from folks in tier 3 that have now signed NDA’s…this started late last week through the weekend. We had some folks that have signed them before, but now we are seeing fresh, new NDA’s for tier 3 which involve groups and individuals who have currency with groups. I think this is a positive sign we are moving forward. Why would they sign fresh NDA’s is we were not any closer? They are letting me know they won’t be talking about any specifics any more.
