[via PDK] They said Iraq would have a president today…but we don’t…the President comes first and then the Prime Minister. Constitutionally they should already have their president. They should already have their government. They keep making back room deals and putting things off. They are ignoring their own constitution and legal experts are starting to call them to the mat.
