[via PDK] I believe we are watching negative things that will have positive outcomes. I was told some things that have been hanging it up was a delay in the House of Representatives – they will now be seating the President tomorrow (I was told) …then a push to finish the HCL. That is very positive out of Iraq. : MarkZ
