I have heard over and over and over that the only allowable float is a 2% per year.  That’s one thing that my sources agree on lock step that any float would be a managed float with an acceptable level of float at 2% per year.  So those that think they’re going to hang onto it and make a fortune, I just think you’re foolish.  I very much believe who all has told me that one… MarkZ
