[via PDK] I have so many paymasters telling me “soon” and they are hoping its this week. Bond contacts also have a crazed level of expectations. Most are telling me to watch Thursday through the end of the month to be done…kaput…paid and finished. I hope its accurate…but I do not know the timing. I just tell you what I am hearing. But I can tell you a number of paymasters and bond folks, including an attorney who is a paymaster on a bond deal…and they are telling me the same thing. So I am exceptionally hopeful. :MarkZ
