[via PDK] “The Central Bank of Iraq obtains an international certificate in cash management…the Central Bank of Iraq obtained the ISO certificate…related to the quality management system in terms of cash management…” This is one of the key things we were told was necessary for Iraq to change their rate. We still do not know the timing but we are certain they are making solid progress towards that…We needed sanctions removed…we needed Kuwait paid…They have done these things. And now they are ISO 9001 compliant to do international exchanges…to me this is very big news. [post 2 of 2]
