[via PDK] Question: Whats your take on Sudani saying to the people of Iraq “Purchasing power within 4th quarter?” MarkZ: I had not seen that comment…but he has made similar comments before, that this would happen in the 4th quarter of this year. I won’t be upset if it goes in the 1st quarter of next year because they are pushing hard…. There is a lot going on in Iraq.
