[Response to Guru MarkZ bond post 10-31-2025 below] I just spoke with my local whom his uncle owns a bank in Iraq. We call his uncle and there are no “Iraqi Bonds” being sold outside of Iraq. They are offering them here to the locals to get them to invest and retrieve their large notes.
