The IMF and WB are NOT in control in Iraq.
For some reason folks thought their involvement would be the panacea for Iraq’s financial woe’s and this reminds us they alone aren’t the solution, they need the political will of Iraq to accomplish the overall goals.
Whacking Zebari demonstrated who’s in control of Iraq and it isn’t the US Treasury, IMF or WB. It’s the Iraqi’s themselves.
