We’ve yet to see the oil flow and nor have we seen the salaries yet. I believe there is an agreement for the oil and the cost of production they just haven’t exposed it yet. Why? Because all of these things are coming in together and they’re all going to be related to article 12 paragraph C. I think they’re all going to be exposed at the same time.
