If you drop the three zeros off the exchange rate of the dinar what you have is $1 divided by 1320. You’re going to get .0007…If you drop the three zeros off .00076 you have .76…Keep in mind what they’ve done is phenomenal. The amount of work showing Iraq is going international and they’re working to that end to do it as quickly as possible is how I can see it.
