He leaves it open… anytime now he can do that. Alaq is stating we’re doing this…no hype, no fanfare…Five years or sooner is leaving the door open for immediate action that can come at any time now…To me that wording is just a deflection at it’s finest. That kind of language is to be expected. He’s the central bank governor. He cannot come out and tell you when he’s going to do something. It doesn’t work that way…They can’t front-run and wouldn’t have a job if they did.
