The CBI operates independently and the US is invested in Iraq’s success, not failure. What it shows the world, the momentum Iraq is presenting is steady-as-she-goes. Politics is sorting towards stability and the fundamentals of the reforms are very strong. There’s no need to panic. Quiet is winning.
