Iraq’s neighbors are implementing currency changes with Syria starting a 2-zero removal starting on January 1st. Iran is planning a 4-zero cut from about March of next year. Azerbaijan… launching a 4-zero redenomination on January 1st. These efforts simplify transactions and build trust in regional economies…Iraq is going to be
deleting 3-zeros. I don’t believe for a moment this is a coincidence of this going on.
