Out of the 32 sanctioned banks the first group of 7 has now met all of the required criteria and conditions and has no legal or technical obstacles. The process of returning these banks to financial activities will be carried out in 3 successive phases. Phase 1: Resumption of foreign remittance in currencies other than the US dollar. Phase 2: Resumption of financial transfers in US dollar. Phase 3: Opening bank account with trusted global banks such as Citi-Bank and JP Morgan. :Militia Man
