Taking zeros off a currency would take a law. Have they done that?
Not yet…There is a public discussion of a new series of notes…If and when the bank moves on a design, we will read what the bank itself says...
They can change the paper.
They cannot rewrite the zeros without legislature…
They can change the effective exchange rate of the currency <snap> like that, like back in 2023…Physical note count, adjustment of the rate, two different things.
