Four months ago they were talking about studying the possibility of introducing a 20k note. We believe that the language that they use is misleading…Many people do…They didn’t say they did they just said they’re talking about it as a possibility …they were talking about this 4 month [ago]…the 29th of November and they did it again [yesterday]…The belief would be that they’re not going to do that and they’ll maybe come out and say something to the affect that we decided not to do that but we’re doing this instead…
