This can only be done by repegging to a basket of currencies and getting off the sole peg to the dollar. But they can’t make this repeg until they go back to FOREX… Why don’t they just do it? Well…first they have to remove the zeros. Also by repegging, the rate of the dinar is set to rise significantly.
