Article: “THE CENTRAL BANK CONFIRMS ITS VAULTS ARE FULL OF IRAQI DINARS” Hasn’t the CBI been telling us for years, and especially recently, that nearly 80-90% of the issued currency (3 zero notes) are outside the banking system? So what is this article all about then? …Is the CBI not in the banking system?…Are they talking about the newer lower denominations yet to be issued? It would have to be or else this is a gross contradiction of the past news. I think they are the lower denominations. :Mnt Goat
