…they (the CBI) always push for an RV target, however there are always a series of issues to resolve along the way, hopeful they can do it…I believe that our ‘saving grace’ for a future reinstatement is held in the progress and non-oil revenues they can derive from the Development Road Project. Diversification of the economy with non-oil revenues is coming and in part is moving ahead now. We can see evidence of this with the Turkey/U.S. (Trump) talks and now the Turkey/Iraq talks. :Mnt Goat
