In 2019…they came out with the “White Paper” in which it specifically says to go to FOREX.  #4.  In talking to my CBI contact, I was told that it was targeted for Jan 2022 but due to the election issues they held it up hoping the government would be formed and stable. So, this is where we are today. We sit and wait for the new government.   [post 2 of 2]
