The Iraqi Securities Commission (ISC) has approved the listing, deposit, and trading of shares for three companies on the over-the-counter (OTC) platform.
The decision was taken during the Commission’s fourth session held on 16th April 2026.
The companies admitted to the OTC platform are:
- Al-Batak Insurance Company
- Asia Insurance Company
- Al-Sharq Insurance Company
