Is Iraq connected to all international banks? Not in the sense of global FX launch but yes in the term of technical connectivity…All compliant Iraqi banks can send and receive international transfers. Iraq is connected to global correspondent banking networks…They’re describing the technical prerequisites for FX normalization – not the final step itself. :Omar
