I do feel strongly that until the Iranian Armed Factions (all 239,000+) that are in Iraq disarm and disband, we will not see the CBI given the “green light” from the Trump team to implement the “Delete the Zeros” project and certainly not RI.
I strongly believe this is all about “dismantling the old guard” : Paulette
