Topic: Iraq: Who Controls What
Stevel:    From the looks of this map, ISIS appears to be almost history. Awesome progress by all forces involved. Another article shows ISIS workers getting huge pay cuts and a massive amount of lost revenues from oil exports is shutting down the money supply. It does look like the volunteer line is getting shorter by the day for them. 🙂  Great job guys.
Thanks for sharing that article because pictures of what is left of them is huge news for all of us.
Each day is one day closer with such great news. Arizona is starting to cool off a bit and almost perfect weather for a gathering.

RMoore: MIDDLE EAST    Iraq war map: Who controls what
As fighting in parts of Iraq intensifies, a visual breakdown of the control of territory after years of war.
After more than a decade of instability, parts of Iraq still lie in shambles, with several forces and groups fighting for control of large parts of the country.
Supported by air strikes from US-led coalition warplanes, the Iraqi government and Kurdish forces have been trying to take territory from the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL, also known as ISIS) armed group.
Currently, Mosul is ISIL’s only stronghold in the country, after suffering a number of territorial losses over the past few months.
ISIL has been losing territory not only in Iraq, but also in Syria, as this map of the Syrian civil war shows.

thewoods:   Thanks RMoore 1  This is PERFECT !
This goes right along with their new agreement in oil & gas…They need each other Kurds (Pershmerga /security) are going to kick but and finis off ISIS in Iraq  & the GOI will be sharing 50 % of total oil revenue (from what I can tell)  —-That’s a good deal for both, imo.
ya thing? …ANYONE?
Kat48:    Thanks RMoore. It looks like isis is almost done in Iraq. And it’s nice to see Iraqi’s working together to accomplish the eradication of the isis scum.
It won’t be long when the last chapter of the current book of Iraq’s history is written and a NEW book starts on Iraq with great significance on the world stage.
