Article: “Al-Eqabi: The 2023 budget will be explosive…and reveals the reason for Al-Najjar’s resignation” Here’s the talk of the town…we know they have a huge surplus…by the end of this year and next year they should have…about $200 billion dollars to do whatever it is they need to do to help rebuild Iraq. They should have an explosive budget…it appears they’re going to change the exchange rate. I’m not expecting any huge jump…but any positive step is welcomed of course…
