Still almost every day an article about the change in the Iraqi dinar rate. What it does is pump a lot of hope into the whole dinar arena. But what I keep telling people is you got to listen where the information is coming from. If the CBI is talking about it, which it’s not going to ever happen. They’ll never openly talk about changing the rate in public…they might deny rumors…
