They’re not going to tell you guys ahead of time. It would just be a disaster for the country. You’ll wake up one day and it’s done. The rate change happens and then you’ll start to hear about it. As a matter of fact when Kuwait did theirs they told people that it wasn’t gonna happen for a long time and three days later they changed the rate.
