Article:  “Al-Sadr after the Federal Court’s decision:  We are proceeding with the majority government and our door is open to those we think well of”  The courts have ruled the first parliamentary session was considered constitutional therefore it continues.  This is a good sign.  Now that Halbousi has been nominated and has been voted in as the President of Parliament they turned about and they nominated Salih to be the president of Iraq…It looks like Salih is going to become the president of Iraq barring any other issues.
