Question: “Where can somebody exchange? Banks refuse to touch [Iraqi dinar].” I would look for people who do currency exchanges like international airports. For travelers there’s places that sell currency and buy currencies where you can exchange it…You just have to look it up. But, yeah, most banks won’t touch it at the moment. I can’t find one around here but an international airport most likely would do it for you and some people have currency exchanges in their shopping malls.
