When a redenomination happens it happens in country and abroad. That means out of country. Once the move happens, they move to the new notes. You have to come in and exchange your old Iraqi dinars for the new ones. There is no exception. You’re not special because you’re outside of Iraq…What happens if the criminals store the Iraqi dinar outside of Iraq? How do you get to them? You get to them by treating…in-country the same as out-of-country. You’re going to have to bring in your old 3-zero notes to a place and swap them for the new currency…Common sense tells you what happens in-country happens out-of-country...[Redenomination – drop the zeros] is only an option by Iraq.
