People have brought up about the incarcerated people of who actually pays for those costs as will it be We The People thru taxes or the actual people in prison that were c*******d per their QFS Account?
- “People who go to prison must pay their prison expenses from their QFS account.”
Is the government still going to win in all this as the government will receive and keep all these funds paid by the inmates and none of it will go back to We The People who paid them in the first place?
The average amount surmised for the cost of an inmate is about $45,000 annually and if that is from a QFS Account and the inmate receives $100,000 per month in NESARA payouts then that is still $1,155,000 a year in payouts for the inmate for 11 years.
Or is there a loophole where inmates, past and present, will be fully denied any NESARA and R&R payouts when some paid nothing into it themselves? There were still some funds made per their own Birth Certificate and that should not just be kept by the New USA Treasury.
What about those that had only Income Tax evasion charges placed on them when the Income Tax itself was Unconstitutional and now by the ‘Big Beautiful Bill’ the IRS and the Income Tax are gone, will they still have to pay for their incarceration due to the unconscionable neglect of the government?
Some may think inmates do not deserve any NESARA and R&R payouts, but it may come to an individual case by case hearing or it is already mentioned in the Congressional ‘Big Beautiful Bill.’
There will be some that earned income and paid taxes prior to being sent to prison or thereafter so they deserve something and they still have a Birth Certificate Living Bond that the government used on them.
Now those that are still out on the streets they will have to come to the courts to gain access to their QFS Account if they have a criminal record or are associated with others that do and must prove themselves to not commit any crime to then use those massive funds for their d***y deeds.
Now when the government or the elites take actions against the a*****d and then appeal it when using taxpayer monies then the government should foot the bill and primarily those who made those decisions including the judges to incarcerate the a*****d, and no qualified immunity will be allowed to basically go through the courts again to then prevent them to gain access to their QFS Account.
Are the d***y judges and government administrators going to have to pay up for their own criminal wrongdoings which they got away with before by incarceration innocent people?
There is still all those people that won a civil court case against the government, and those that lost due to qualified immunity, that those funds must come from somewhere in repayment and not We The People through taxes.
