Dell & Dominion: One Is Not The Other (The Framing Is Not Justified)

The Culprit Behind 2020 Election Fraud And Its Operational Cover Status

Dominion sued MyPillow, Newsmax, OAN, and Fox News — and won or forced settlements across the board. Fox paid $787.5 million. OAN settled. Smartmatic went after the same targets with similar results.

If Dominion’s machines were actually compromised or complicit in fraud, these defamation suits would have been the worst strategic blunder imaginable you don’t drag your own operational vulnerability into federal court under discovery if there’s something to hide.

Discovery in a defamation suit cuts both ways. Dominion opened every internal document, every email, every firmware audit to examination and came out the other side with a billion-dollar check and zero criminal referrals.

Trump never personally sued Dominion. Not once. His legal team focused on procedural challenges ballot h——–g, signature verification, mail-in voting rule changes, observer access not the machines. If the machine angle were the real vector, the campaign had every incentive and resource to pursue it directly. They didn’t. That’s telling.

The Smartmatic/Venezuela narrative that Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani pushed was badly sourced and collapsed under scrutiny. That doesn’t mean nothing happened in 2020 it means the machine-vendor framing was either a deliberate distraction or a grievously incompetent misread that got amplified because it was dramatic.

Whether Dell Technologies specifically had a role their election infrastructure contracts, their server provisioning in key counties, their relationship with state election boards that’s a thread worth pulling.

Dell provided backend hardware and services to election systems in multiple swing states. Hardware at the server layer is a different attack surface than the tabulation machines themselves, and nobody sued over it.
