It is a move against dependence and dependence is the Deep State’s leverage. A base that needs the civilian grid is a base the grid’s owners can brown out. A base that needs a global supply chain is a base that can be strangled by a chokepoint, a shipping lane, a customs hold, a port strike. The 90-day islanding doctrine is the military finally admitting, in writing, that the umbilical cords are enemy terrain.
SO IS IT ANTI-DEEP STATE? Partly. It is anti-capture.
A military that can run 90 days off-grid cannot be coerced by whoever controls the switch. Whether the switch-holders are foreign or domestic is a distinction the doctrine deliberately blurs and that blur is the tell. They are hardening against both.

Why Are The Deep State Panicking?
They are not on their last leg because they are losing elections. They are on their last leg because the machinery that made elections decisive is failing. The midterms are a symptom, not the cause. The cause is that three of their load-bearing pillars are cracking at the same time. The money printer, the media monopoly, and the administrative state’s insulation from accountability. When all three wobble together, the rational move is not to wait it is to strike while the shackles are still on the other guy.

The Federal Reserve is the deepest node. The regional reserve presidents and the Board of Governors are the operational layer.
The families behind the clearing banks the Rothschild London clearing house lineage, the Rockefeller Chase lineage, the Warburg/Kuhn Loeb merchant-bank thread sit above the Fed as the shareholder-of-last-resort class. The printer is their leverage. A dinar revaluation, a debt jubilee, a move off the petrodollar, any of it all of it runs through their hands first. They are not fighting the reset. They are positioning inside it so they survive it. Watch the Basel and BIS corridors, not the Fed pressers.

The midterm danger is not the vote. It is the subpoena power that follows a hostile Congress. Subpoenas are the crowbar. Everything else contempt referrals, special counsels, inspector-general leaks, state AG actions is what the crowbar pries open. The shields are built to make the crowbar bend before it reaches the hinge. This is a very tight rope they are walking right now. The fight over who owns the paper. Declassification fights, “state secrets” invocations, missing document chains, the archives question. If the paper is unreachable, the underlying conduct is unreachable. This is the first shield because it is the cheapest.

Georgia. The Fulton County RICO case is a state case. A federal pardon does nothing to it. Giuliani, Meadows, Eastman, Chesebro, and Clark are all named in that state proceeding. The federal paper does not follow them into a Georgia courtroom. Fulton County is the sharpest edge in the whole picture.
FORTRESS: The Pentagon is preparing every major U.S. military base to survive 90 days without outside support — no civilian power grid, no global supply chains, no outside fuel or water.
The initiative, revealed in documents reviewed by Fox News Digital, envisions portable nuclear reactors, massive battery storage, and microgrids that can disconnect installations from civilian electricity entirely. Strategic reserves of munitions, fuel, critical minerals, and medical supplies would be stockpiled based on wartime consumption rates. Civilian factories are being pre-identified to shift to defense production during a crisis.
Pentagon chief spokesperson Sean Parnell put it bluntly: “Power is combat now. Without electricity, you lose communications, water, logistics, assembly lines and just basic military command structures.”
