Maybe it should be that if the individual funds for inmates for incarceration must come from their own QFS Account then the same should be for the US Military or any government job that the taxpayers pay for it already.
For the individual now has the government paying for their government job and they have millions in their own QFS Account then they surely can afford the cost of whatever they want and not have the taxpayers foot the bill and that would reduce the budget massively.
I got thinking first of Trump pushing for teenagers that want to be in the US Military to have a better diet in the future to begin now once they begin in high school / 15 years of age, and many want to get into sports must have it too at that time. Maybe today 30-40 % of the youth will be turned away from the US Military because of all the junk food they have been eating over the last 20-30 years.
Those that are not yet at the age of 21, as some people have been saying to gain access to their QFS Account, yet at the age of 18 they can go into the Military, those funds can be accessed by the state as they would for any juvenile, those funds can be used for lawful means to also support for any family needs and for their future well being in certain circumstances.
So the QFS Account funds can be used for each individual for their training in the US Military and families when needed, but it will not be used for all the weapons, equipment and other general necessities of the US Military as it only goes to the individual and not paying to be in the US Military for the other costs, like paying for the aircraft if they want to be a pilot.
Thus, maybe we can have it going back to a certain year that if those that did serve in the US Military or other government job the costs for their basic training and later living expenses is deducted from their own QFS Account, like say going back at least 10-20 years.
