Iraq’s Parliamentary Finance Committee says it wants to print a banknote smaller than the 250-dinar note. At the official rate of 1,310 to the dollar, a 250 note is worth about 19 US cents, and anything under it is worth pennies. No state prints paper that costs more to make than it is worth. It prints small change only for a currency it expects to be worth far more than it is today. :Reset Intelligence
