Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) – Region Trade Bank has launched a new Commercial Region Bank branch in Basra as part of its efforts to expand its network and provide more convenient banking services to clients in southern Iraq.
Local officials and business leaders attended the opening ceremony, which aimed to bring the bank closer to Basra’s growing population and economic base.
RT Bank said that the new site would provide contemporary banking facilities, updated digital services, and simplified customer assistance to accommodate both personal and commercial requirements.
The bank highlighted its expansion into Basra as a vote of confidence in the province’s economic potential and role in Iraq’s overall growth.
Region Trade Bank, headquartered in Erbil, has branches in Baghdad, Sulaymaniyah, Duhok, Kirkuk, Zakho, and Basra.
The new location is part of the company’s overall plan to expand responsibly, increase client trust, and assist financial-sector growth throughout the nation.
