A planned visit by Secretary of Defense Dutch to Erbil this evening
Due to arrive Defense Minister Dutch, Janine Hines, on Monday evening, January 9, 2017, to the territory of Kurdistan on an official visit, after two visits by the French president, Francois Hollande, and Turkish Prime Minister, Biennale Yildirim to Arbil over the past few days years.
Hines arrived, on Sunday evening, 01/08/2017, to the Iraqi capital, and after the completion of their meetings with Iraqi officials in Baghdad, will travel to Arbil Monday evening.
In her visit, Janine Hines will meet with President of the Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani, the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, attended by a number of ministers and officials.
This is the second visit to Hines with the 43 – year – old to Baghdad and Kurdistan since he took office in 2012, where she visited Baghdad in March 2015, and discussed there the war against the “Islamic State” Daesh, and headed to Erbil , where she met with the President of the Kurdistan Region.
