It’s real heavy in Iraq about now. But I’m happy to say the cash has begun to flow. The money is coming back into Iraq and the Prime Minister is preparing, as we speak, to come to visit Washington. Yes, he’s got to do a little dance but that’s because he inherited a mess…And he’s doing, IMO, the best that he can going forward. :Sandy Ingram
