It doesn’t take a Harvard degree to understand that if the exchange rate is $3 to 1 dinar the small country of Iraq would go broke. What these numbers tell us more than anything is the CBI must get control over this enormous amount of banknotes floating in Iraq and around the world…We are holding million and million and millions of Iraqi dinar banknotes among us. One of the ways…the CBI could do this almost immediately is presenting a new currency. :Sandy Ingram
