The Central Bank of Iraq cannot control the economy of Iraq unless they have control over the bank notes…The Iraqi people have thus far refused to put their money into the bank…The Central Bank of Iraq cannot control currency that it doesn’t have control over…The Iraqis do not trust the banks because their money disappeared and they have not gotten over that. I’m not sure you would either if that happened to you. So they hoard and hid their money outside of the banking system. Sandy Ingram
