Iraq is facing a cash shortage because it is having trouble exporting its oil through the Straight of Hormuz… Many government workers have not received their July salaries…Iraq depends on oil for about 90% of it’s government revenue…Because going through the Straight of Hormuz has been disrupted Iraq’s oil exports have dropped sharply. : Sandy Ingram
